Sliding-scale rates are available for those with limited income, ensuring care remains accessible to everyone.
A typical session lasts about 60 minutes. How often we meet depends on your needs. Some people start with weekly sessions, while others prefer biweekly or monthly support. We will decide together what feels best for you.
Everything you share is kept strictly confidential in accordance with the ethical and legal standards of my practice. Your privacy is very important to me. The only exceptions are rare cases where someone’s safety is at immediate risk, and I will always explain this clearly if it ever happens.
Spiritual practices are always chosen to match your personal beliefs and background. My approach is open and inclusive, whether your spirituality comes from a faith tradition, nature, or your own inner wisdom. Together, we will explore what feels right and helpful for you.
