I believe in a gentle, holistic approach to childbirth that honors the well-being of both mother and child—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. With a background in herbalism, nutrition, Ayurveda, and holistic practices, I offer empathetic, understanding support. I strive to create positive, supportive spaces while balancing responsibilities, and am committed to being someone others can trust throughout the journey—whether with families, colleagues, or in the community.

Some mothers plan for a natural birth, while others plan or need a C-section. No matter the path, I support and encourage each mother without judgment. My priority is to honor each family's unique experience and provide compassionate, personalized care every step, whether birth is natural or involves intervention.

Research shows that having a doula during pregnancy and childbirth leads to more positive experiences. Mothers with doula support often have shorter labors, fewer interventions, and feel more satisfied and empowered. Doulas also help reduce stress and anxiety, supporting both mother and baby.
